European Rally 2008 The Drivers Awards
Welcome to the Cannonball 8000 Drivers Profile Area.
This is the space for YOU the Drivers to advertise the wheels you are going to be in for this years Rally, as well as inform us all lots of interesting facts about your team, your likes, dislikes, reasons for doing the Rally, how many times you have done the Cannonball 8000 Rally, which Charity you may be supporting and upload your pics.
We hope you will use this area, and fill in your profiles so all the other Cannonballers can check out the other cars, but also so that the non-Rally goers who didn't manage to bag a place on the 2007 Rally can look on with envy at the lucky few who did!
Cannonball 8000 IS NOT a timed event, we will log your cars in and out to check attendance at each location, but there are No winners or prizes for getting to a location first, and no shame in getting there last!
However, we do award prizes for a number of other much more important things - such as;
Kings of Cannonball Award - Overall award based on positive attitude, helpfulness to other Cannonballers, endurance, partying spirit, camaraderie. Fill these criteria and you could be looking at a free place on next years event!
Weird & Wonderful Award - Interpretation is everything, anything straying from the norm, car stylee, silly and unusual outfits/costumes, go on surprise us!
Blingest M*ther F**ker Award - Ok, ok we know some of you are flash, you know it, go on show off......... we'll be looking at your bling details!
Style Award - Smooth, sexy, if you've got finesse you'll win this award!
Fuel Glugger Award - Present your fuel receipts, must be dated for the rally, the highest value wins!
Determination Award - Well you may have broken down, got lost, turned up at the wrong hotel, but above all else you've endured in the face of adversity, you'll win this award for perseverance.
So remember, it's not about getting there first, its about the fun and adventure of the whole trip.
